All bike orders are subject to a 2-night minimum booking requirement.

Orders must be placed before 12pm for same day delivery, exceptions can be made subject to availability, please contact our Customer Service Department for additional information.

All bike, surfboard, body board orders require a signed Liability Waiver and cannot be delivered until this document is completed.

Orders will be delivered between the hours of 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. (Time frame subject to change during high demand seasons/days. Summer season and Friday/Saturday's may be delivered after 12:00pm)

Pick up time is 10:00 am. Rental items MUST be ready for pick up by 10:00 am or be subject to a return service fee. Please refer to your invoice for your scheduled Pickup Date of rental equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All rental cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to fifteen percent (15.00%) of the total rental fees for the cancelled rental item(s).
